We harvested the squash and pumpkins and discovered some more potatoes buried in the soil. We weeded and dug over the bed by the curly kale to make space to plant garlic.

This community garden is a haven. That night I was thinking about loved ones who are deeply suffering. The realisation that sometimes there is nothing we can do to help can be so difficult to accept. I wrote this tune after finding solace in the morning soil.

We may not always be able to save our family, our friends or the world but we can LOVE this Living Earth with all our hearts x o x
